What exactly is a Senior Creative Consultant at PLUSDREI?
As a Senior Creative Consultant you will be in direct contact with our clients and support them in finding specific solutions for their communication needs. You are always present exactly when consultation and advice is required and withdraw again as soon as a project can stand on its own two feet. We call this the plug-in/plug-out principle, and it is how we succeed in creating sustainable impact and win the loyalty of our clients.
The following tasks could come your way in a PLUSDREI project:
- Understanding the actual need behind a project together with the client
- Setting up a project schedule, maintaining it, keeping a status presentation and regular reconciliation with the client
- Familiarize with client's (brand) strategy and broader specific issues
- research projects/solutions and best practice examples similar to the task at hand
- Formulation of debriefings and coordination with the client
- Workshop preparation and execution, documentation of results
- Briefing the concept team to create client look and feel presentations on projects
- Participation in or guidance of creative brainstorming sessions with the involvement of our specialists from the fields of art direction, spatial design, motion design, event production, digital marketing and other creative freelancers
- Development of concrete solutions for the problems raised in the team, creation of briefings for the team members
- Development and coordination of tender documents for further collaborators or agencies
- Supporting the client in the search for suitable implementation partners
- Ongoing consulting during implementation periods at the client's side to ensure that conception and production remain consistent
- Being the central point of contact for the client during the whole project

In addition, there are a number of skills and experiences required to fill the role of a Senior Creative Consultant:
- Work experience: you should have worked for a few years in a communication agency, event agency or consultancy.
- Leadership experience: Whether as a Key Account or Senior Project Manager with team lead, experience in contact with senior clients is a prerequisite.
- Creative experience: You have already dealt with brand management and communication campaigns? Or are you experienced in developing workshops and applying creativity techniques? Welcome to our daily routine.
- Sovereignty: Our work is often about opening up options and possible horizons, trying out different ways to help our clients. We expect our consultants to be able to come up with solutions quickly, but also to discard or improve them, and to deal with direct and open feedback from our clients to come up with something even more convincing afterwards.
- Overview and calmness and a sense for structure: Even if sometimes a lot of things come at you at the same time, you are able to recognize the big picture and keep an eye on it.
- Initiative: We don't claim to always have an immediate answer to everything, but of course we work in a solution-oriented way. You are able to think things through, identify obstacles and address them openly. And you know how to make the search for an answer look like a good offer, buying time for the right solution. That helps us!
- Cosmopolitanism: Our customers are mostly German-speaking, but we also with international companies and conversation partners. Linguistic fluency in German and English and a good sense for global trends and the zeitgeist make us good consultants.
