PLUSDREI is small and agile, and we want to keep it that way. We have decided not to grow at any cost, but rather to create an environment for ourselves and our employees that fits our lives and in which we all enjoy working together - home office, workcation and part-time options included.

We have flat hierarchies and the three agency founders are present in all projects. Our promise to our clients is that every project is closely supervised by one of them. Our team designs spaces and stages, logos and key visuals, writes headlines and copy, and brings it all together in PowerPoint. Sounds like a big group, but at our core there aren't even ten of us.

We work in an office community with our two sister agencies DNM (studio for motion design) and DREINULL (event production). This creates a real everyday agency life with a good team atmosphere even beyond work, e.g. in the shared office kitchen, at after work drinks, offsites and with diverse characters and inputs.
